As most of you are aware Bhai Harpaul Singh is currently at the Gurdwara Sahib teaching Gurmukhi and Gurbani to the sangat. Alongside this, each evening Bhai sahib is also doing lectures on Gurmat. Please find below the first lecture from this week. The first lecture is about the mind:
